PeaceHealth, a ten medical center health system in the Pacific Northwest, commissioned 20|20 Creative Group to update and visually unify all of their marketing materials. However, after a thorough audit and intake with key stakeholders, it became apparent that the organization needed more than an image makeover. With hundreds of departments and 16,000 caregivers across the system, maintaining consistent standards and avoiding duplication of similar patient materials was difficult. 20|20 developed an online information management system to reduce redundancy, streamline production, and maintain brand consistency.

User Experience Design

20|20 designed new patient materials to fit into a binder/folder system, giving patients and caregivers easy access to crucial health information. In addition to convenience, the new system encourages brand loyalty by giving patients a single place to keep their health records with the ability to update it well into the future.
