Make the Grade was a home tutoring service agency that needed to change its name and came to 20|20 for help. In addition to a name change, 20|20 recommended a rebrand to better connect with their target audience and achieve their goal of building a national brand. 20|20 developed a fitting name for the tutoring service: Grade Potential, and an identity and brand messaging system was built around it. 20|20 designed sales collateral, direct mail marketing, and a new website – all with bold messaging to differentiate the service from competitors. With its uniquely identifiable brand and outreach tactics, Grade Potential dominates its tutoring markets.
