Noveno is a new community of single-family homes under construction in San Luis Obispo. 20|20 named the project ‘Noveno’ (ninth in Spanish) for its proximity to the ninth peak in a chain of Nine Sisters across the California Central Coast. 20|20 designed a modern logo and identity system to compliment Noveno’s mid-century modern architecture and worked with the developers and builders to craft compelling messaging for this desirable development.
