Pacific Eye came to 20|20 struggling with how to promote individual doctors and the services they provide while maintaining a brand that communicates the benefit of working as a team.
To achieve these goals, 20|20 built a flexible brand to showcase the practice’s diversity and unite each staff member and location through a common purpose across all advertising and social media. Each ad closes with the campaign’s tagline “Passion defines us. Vision unites us.” which also serves as a rallying point for the Pacific Eye team internally.

Using patient success stories, 20|20 developed the “See” campaign using print, web and video mediums to help new patients understand how great vision can enrich their lives, and why Pacific Eye is the place to go for expert care.
20|20 orchestrates an annual philanthropic contest, “The Pacific Eye Gives Back Challenge” to bolster Pacific Eye’s social media following and support local non-profit organizations via Facebook voting. From 2012 to today, the contest has generated over $45,000 in donations with nearly 30,000 votes and over 3,500 new Facebook ‘likes.’
