When Richardson Properties became an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates, they chose 20|20 to update their visual identity. We designed a sophisticated new logo while maintaining visual elements that were widely recognized by the public. Billboard advertising was used to further cement the Richardson name and updated identity throughout the community. 20|20 also ran print ads to boost inquiries of upscale homes and announce the partnership between Richardson’s Properties and Christie’s Great Estates.
