The Villages of San Luis Obispo is a retirement community made up of four properties serving independent living, assisted living and memory care residents. The Villages came to 20|20 to increase awareness and understanding of their brand and services. 20|20 began the rebrand by designing a logo, cohesive informational brochures, and a fresh website. The new brand and advertising campaign resulted in The Villages gaining and maintaining occupancy rates well above the state average.

20|20 developed an advertising campaign across print, TV, and billboards around the stories of real residents and their biggest fears before moving to The Villages. These touching stories share the heart and soul of what The Villages is about while easing fears about making the transition to retirement living.

20|20 wrote and redesigned the website from the ground up. Several feature upgrades were also added, including new video tours of each of the properties, activity calendars and resident interviews. Monthly email newsletters featured resident spotlights, celebrated birthdays, and promoted upcoming events.

Property Tours

20|20 produced four videos to introduce prospective residents and their families to each of The Villages’ distinct communities. Our team captured the unique amenities of every property with sweeping videography paired with branded messaging to convey The Villages’ true warmth and charm.

Holiday Card

The Villages holiday card is a fun way to express the colorful personalities of various residents and staff. Each year 20|20 develops a different theme, coordinates wardrobe, photography, and designs the final printed card.
